Cancellations
Cancellations of orders need to be requested via Whatsapp at least 2 days in advance for pre-order items. Cancellations of orders is not possible 

  • On the day your order is due for delivery/pickup.
  • If your order has already been processed (eg. cake has been prepared, the delivery has been arranged) at the time we see your request for cancellation.

Returns and refunds
We will look into the matter accordingly by taking into account all relevant expertise and evidence leading up to the delivery/collection. Where we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose through the fault of Eleven Petkery, a full refund either by cash or store credit, partial refund either by cash or store credit, or a replacement item will be given, whichever, we, in our sole discretion see fit. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the event we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose not through the fault of Eleven Petkery and its delivery partners, no refunds or replacement Items will be given.
